1. Sign Up for a Clickbank Account

Signing up for a Clickbank account as an affiliate is simple. Just fill out an online form and choose your Clickbank “nickname”. You will be using this nickname later to create your unique affiliate ID.

2. Find a Product You Wish to Promote

There are over 10,000 different digital products available for sale in the Clickbank marketplace, ranging from guides relating to internet marketing and making money online to weight loss, dating and sports betting systems.

Each item in the marketplace also states how much commission percentage you will receive on each sale as an affiliate. Generous percentages from 50 - 75% are quite common as the publishers of these products vy for your business as an affiliate!

3. Create Your Unique “HopLink”

When you have found a suitable product, you need to create your own unique affiliate ID, or “hoplink” to be credited with a commission should any sales be made as a result of you.

The hoplink look as follows:

You need to replace affiliate with your own Clickbank nickname and publisher with the nickname of the person selling the product.

4. Further Tracking

If you plan on promoting the same product across several different websites, such as a Wordpress Blog, an article directory or Squidoo page in addition to your main website business, you can add additional tracking IDs to track exactly where the sales are coming from.

Add the following to your hoplink:

Replace trackidhere with an ID which differentiates from each of the locations you plan on promoting your hoplink.

Each tracking ID can not be longer than eight characters long and can only contain alpha or numeric characters.

5. Get Promoting!

With your unique Clickbank ID and hoplinks created, you can now add them to your various websites, web pages, email newsletters etc. and earn commissions from any sales made as a result of coming via you!
